TeamAI's pinned prompts feature allows workspace owners and administrators to highlight the most used prompts for their team members, enabling quick access and streamlining team collaboration. By pinning prompts at the workspace level, you can ensure that your team has easy access to the prompts that are most relevant to their workflow. This guide will walk you through the process of pinning and unpinning team prompts for your workspace in TeamAI.
Accessing the Team Prompt Library
To access your team's prompt library, first log into your TeamAI account. Once you're on the main dashboard, direct your attention to the right sidebar. As you hover over the tabs in the sidebar, tooltips will appear, indicating the purpose of each tab. Look for the "Team Prompts" tab and click on it to access your team's prompt library.
Expanding a Shared Team Prompt Folder
Within the team prompt library, you'll find various shared folders containing team prompts. To pin a specific prompt, you'll need to first expand the folder it's located in.
Click on the folder you want to expand, and it will reveal the prompts stored within. Next, locate the prompt you wish to pin and look for the three-dot icon to the right of the prompt's name. Clicking on this icon will open a dropdown menu with options to pin the prompt.
Pinning a Team Prompt for Your Workspace
To pin a team prompt for your workspace, click on the "Pin for Workspace" option in the dropdown menu. TeamAI will confirm that the prompt has been successfully pinned for the workspace.
After you have pinned your first prompt, your team will see all "Pinned prompts" at the top of the Team Prompts tab. This makes it easy for your team members to quickly access the most used prompts without having to navigate through multiple folders.
Unpinning a Team Prompt from Your Workspace
If a pinned prompt is no longer relevant or necessary for your team, you can easily unpin it. First, locate the pinned prompt at the top of the Team Prompts tab. Click on the three-dot icon next to the prompt you want to unpin from your workspace. In the dropdown menu, select the "Unpin for Workspace" option.
The prompt will be instantly removed from the pinned prompts section and will no longer appear at the top of the Team Prompts tab for your team members. However, the prompt will still be available in its original folder within the team prompt library.
