Accessing the Team Prompt Library

To access your team's prompt library, first log into your TeamAI account. Once you're on the main dashboard, direct your attention to the right sidebar. As you hover over the tabs in the sidebar, tooltips will appear, indicating the purpose of each tab. Look for the "Team Prompts" tab and click on it to access your team's prompt library.

Expanding a Shared Team Prompt Folder

Within the team prompt library, you'll find various shared folders. To edit or delete a specific prompt, you'll need to first expand the folder it's located in.

Click on the folder you want to expand, and it will reveal the prompts stored within. Next, locate the prompt you wish to edit or delete and look for the three-dot icon to the right of the prompt's name. Clicking on this icon will open a dropdown menu with options to edit or delete the prompt.

Editing a Team Prompt

To edit a team prompt, click on the "Edit" option in the dropdown menu. This will open a new window where you can make changes to the prompt's content, variables, and settings.

Once you've made your changes, click the "Save" button to update the prompt in the team library. Your edits will now be reflected for all team members who use this prompt.

Deleting a Team Prompt

If you need to remove a prompt from the team library, click on the "Delete" option in the dropdown menu. TeamAI will ask you to confirm the deletion, as this action cannot be undone.

If you're certain you want to delete the prompt, click "Confirm" to permanently remove it from the team library.
