Best Practices
Create a shared prompt for recurring tasks: If your team frequently uses the same prompt structure, click "Create Shared Prompt" in the Team Prompt Library and add it to your Shared Prompts collection.
Star frequently used prompts: Click the star (β) icon next to prompts you use often. Starred prompts appear at the top of their sections for quick access.
Browse Built-in Prompts first: Before creating custom prompts, explore the Built-in collection. Many common needs are already covered with well-tested prompts.
Use descriptive names for shared prompts: When creating team prompts, use clear names like "Customer Support Response Template" rather than generic names like "Template 1."
Tag shared prompts by department: Add tags like #marketing, #dev, #hr when creating shared prompts so team members can filter by their role.
Keep prompts up to date: Review and update shared prompts quarterly to ensure they reflect current workflows, products, and company information.
Test prompts before sharing: Test a prompt in a private chat first to ensure it produces good results before adding it to the Shared Prompts library.
