1. Open side navigation: On your application screen, locate the sidebar menu, generally positioned on the left side of your screen.
2. Navigate to the Top Left: Once the side navigation bar is open, look towards the top left of this bar.
3. Initiate New Chat: Find and click on the "+ New Chat" button. This should open a new chat window.
From the Folder:
1. Access Folders: Look for the Hamburger menu. It is typically denoted by three horizontal lines and can be found at the folder section.
2. Open Folder Menu: Click on the menu to open more options.
3. Initiate New Chat: Among the options, find and select "+ Create Chat". This will open up a chat window for you to start a new conversation.
