This page provides a simple step-by-step guide to help you delete a chat.

Step 1. Locate the Left Sidebar. This is found on the left-hand side of your screen.

Step 2. Select the Chat Feature. Located in the Left Sidebar, all your ongoing and previous chats are displayed.

Step 3. Choose the Specific Chat. Within the Chat feature, find and select the specific chat you wish to delete.

Step 4. Access the Menu. Once you have selected the specific chat you wish to delete, find the Hamburger Menu icon adjacent to the chat. This icon consists of three horizontal lines.

5. Select the Delete option. After clicking the Menu icon, you will see a drop-down list of options. Find and select the 'Delete Conversation' option.

Please note that by choosing to delete a chat, you may permanently lose all messages and media shared in the conversation unless you have backed up your chat history.

For these reasons, always ensure that you are confident in your decision to delete the conversation.
