Understanding Plans and Addons
TeamAI offers three main plans:
Starter: 5,000 prompts
Professional: 20,000 prompts
Enterprise: 200,000 prompts
If you find yourself needing more than your base limit, you can buy additional prompts at $15 per 4,000 prompts per month.
Note: Throughout the platform, the terms "prompts" and "credits" are used interchangeably. They refer to the same concept of usage measurement.
Steps to Buy Prompts or Credits Without an Existing Plan
Step 1: Initiate the Upgrade
Click on the Upgrade button located on the top bar next to your profile icon.
Step 2: Select Additional Prompts
On the upgrade page, each plan will display a number input field for additional prompts.
Step 3: Confirm and Checkout
Use the up and down arrows to select the number of additional prompts above your base prompt limit.
After selecting your desired number of prompts, click on the Upgrade button which will redirect you to the checkout screen.
Steps to Buy Addons with an Existing Plan
Step 1: Access the Manage Plan Portal
Click on the Increase Limit button located on the top bar next to your profile icon.
Step 2: Edit Your Subscription
Click on the Manage Plan button to open the manage portal where you can see your active subscription.
Click on your active subscription (e.g., Starter plan subscription).
Step 3: Update Additional Prompts
In the manage portal, click on the Edit Subscription button.
Update the additional prompts by clicking on the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons.
Click Update Subscription, then close your manage portal
