TeamAI's data hub feature allows you to store and organize webpages and files within your workspace. If you're on one of our paid plans (Starter, Best-of-Breed, Professional, or Enterprise), it's essential to understand how your data hub usage is calculated and how it affects your billing.

Counting Documents

In TeamAI, a "document" refers to any single webpage or file that you add to your data hub. Whether it's a lengthy article, a short note, or a file of any supported type, each item is counted as one document. The size or length of the webpage or file does not affect the count; it's simply one document per item added.

Counting Websites

Similarly, a "website" in TeamAI is counted as one website, regardless of the number of webpages it contains. When you add a website to your data hub, it's counted as a single website, even if it has hundreds of individual pages. This simplifies the counting process and makes it easier for you to manage your usage.

Billing Cycle and Reset

Your document and website counts reset at the beginning of each billing cycle, just like your prompt counts. This means that you start fresh every month, allowing you to manage your usage more effectively. Keep in mind that if you exceed your plan's limits, you may need to upgrade to a higher tier to continue using the data hub feature.

How can I monitor my data hub usage?

You can monitor your data hub usage by visiting your workspace settings and navigating to the "Billing" section. There, you'll find out your document and website counts against the monthly usage limits allocated to your workspace based on your plan.
