Follow these steps when you want to share a chat with your team. The steps guide you through selecting a chat and sharing it via a generated link.
Step 1: Navigate to the Relevant Chat
Step 2: Select 'Share' Option
After opening the relevant chat, look for the "Share" button.
Above the main chat bar, find the "Share" button. You might need to click a More Options button (often represented with three dots or a similar icon) if you don't immediately see the "Share" option.
Click on the "Share" button.
Step 3: Create a shareable link
The next step is to generate a link for sharing the chat.
Once you've clicked "Share", a new window or a pop-up panel may appear.
Here, look for an option to create or copy a "Link."
Click it to create the shareable link. Most applications automatically copy the created link to your clipboard.
Step 4: Share the Link with Your Team
Finally, you can share the link with your team. Paste the copied link into a new message or email.
And that's it! You've successfully shared the chat with your team. They can now click on that link to view the contents of the shared chat.
