How to change the model I'm using for a chat?
Follow these step-by-step instructions to change the model you're using while in a chat.
Step 1: Open the Chat
Ensure you have logged in to your account and navigated to the chat you wish to modify the model for.
Step 2: Find the Models Drop-Down
Once you're in the chat, look in the middle of your screen for a drop-down menu with the name of the current model being used (example: Advanced Reasoning: OpenAI GPT-4)
Step 3: Open the Models Drop-Down
Click on the drop-down menu to view all available models. These models are different sets of settings that can affect how your chat behaves.
Step 4: Choose a Model
Scroll through the list of available models to find the one that suits your needs best. Once found, select the model by clicking on it.
Step 5: Save Changes
After selecting the desired model, make sure to save your changes. Look for a button labeled "Save Changes" - this should be located towards the bottom of the screen, or near the models drop-down menu. Click this button to save your model selection.
