Accessing the Prompt Optimizer

Locating the Feature

  1. Navigate to any chat interface in TeamAI

    • Open a new or existing conversation

    • Look at the main chat input area at the bottom of the screen

  2. Locate the Prompt Optimizer button

    • The button is positioned in the main chat bar

    • It appears next to the blue "Submit" chat button

    • It may appear as an optimization icon or enhancement symbol

Result: You've successfully located the Prompt Optimizer button and are ready to use it.

Using the Prompt Optimizer

Optimizing Your Prompts

  1. Type your initial prompt in the chat input field

    • Enter the question, request, or instruction you want to send

    • Don't worry about perfect phrasing at this stage

  2. Click the Prompt Optimizer button before submitting

    • The button is located next to the blue submit button

    • Do not click the submit button yet

  3. Review the optimized prompt

    • TeamAI will automatically enhance your prompt

    • The optimized version will appear in the input field

    • Review the changes and make any final adjustments if needed

    • If you want to return to the original version you can click on the returning arrow, this will take you back to your original prompt

  4. Submit the optimized prompt

    • Click the blue submit button to send your enhanced prompt

    • Wait for TeamAI to respond to your optimized prompt

Result: Your message has been enhanced for better AI understanding and processing, leading to more accurate and comprehensive responses.

The Prompt Optimizer analyzes your initial prompt and enhances it in several ways:
