Cancel and Renew Your TeamAI Plan

You can now manage your subscription directly from your billing settings.

Available Options

From Settings → Billing, click the "Manage" dropdown to access:

Cancel Plan

• Schedules cancellation at end of your current billing cycle

• No immediate service interruption - keep access until your paid period ends

• Can be reversed anytime before cancellation takes effect

Renew Plan (for cancelled subscriptions)

• Removes scheduled cancellation immediately

• Restores all plan features and billing resumes normally

• Zero downtime during renewal process

Manage Plan

• Opens Chargebee billing portal

• Update payment methods, view invoices, download receipts

Upgrade Plan & Add Credits

• Quick access to higher-tier plans and additional usage credits

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Navigate to Settings → Billing

2. Click the "Manage" dropdown in Plan & Usage section

3. Select "Cancel Plan"

4. Review cancellation date in the modal

5. Confirm cancellation

Result: You'll see "Your plan will be cancelled on [date]" and retain full access until then.

How to Renew a Cancelled Subscription

1. Go to Settings → Billing

2. Click "Manage" dropdown (now shows "Renew [Plan Name] plan")

3. Select "Renew [Your Plan Name] plan"

4. Confirm renewal in the modal

Result: Cancellation removed immediately, billing resumes on normal cycle.

Important Details

Timing

• Cancellations are end-of-term only (no mid-cycle cancellations)

• Renewals take effect immediately

• Changes may take 2-5 minutes to reflect - refresh if needed

Data & Access

• All data preserved during cancellation period

• Team access continues until cancellation date

• Full feature access maintained until plan ends

Team Workspaces

• Only workspace owners can manage subscriptions

• Changes affect all team members and child workspaces

• Requires "Billing Access" permission level
