This guide will help you communicate better with your team by showing you how to change the workspace description in just a few easy steps.

Step 1: Open the Left Sidebar. First, start by finding the left sidebar on your screen. This is usually situated on the far left side of your window.

Step 2: Access the Menu. Next, look towards the left sidebar and find the option labeled as 'Menu'.

Step 3: Click on Settings. Once you've opened the menu, you should see a range of different options. Hover over or click on 'Settings'.

Step 4: Select General. After you have opened the settings, a list of options will appear. Select 'General' from this list to proceed to the general settings.

Step 5: Look for Workspace Description. Inside 'General', scroll down or look for 'Workspace Description'. Within this option, you can change the description of your workspace.

Step 6: Update the Description. Now, you can change or update the workspace description as desired. Be sure to clearly state the purpose of your workspace so it's instantly understandable to all team members.

Step 7: Press Save. Finally, after you've updated the description, remember to save the changes. Look for the 'Save' button typically located at the bottom of the page. Click it to finalize your updates.
