Accept Email Invitation (New Users)
Complete Setup
Open invitation email from workspace admin
Click "Accept Invitation" link
Create account or sign in:
New users: Click "Create Account" → Enter name → Set password (12+ characters)
Existing users: Click "Sign In" → Use current credentials
Complete profile (photo, display name)
Accept workspace terms
Set up multi-factor authentication (if required)
Result: You gain full workspace access with appropriate permissions.
Security Advisory: Invitation links expire after 7 days. If expired, request resend from admin.

Note: Each organization establishes its own process for requesting platform access. Since workspace administrators own their workspaces and control user additions, we suggest the following standardized approach:
Identify workspace admin or owner
Ask colleagues who manages workspace access
Check company directory, intranet, or IT help desk
For enterprise accounts, consult centralized access request portal
Submit formal access request via email
Wait for admin approval
Once invited, follow Received invitation email steps
Result: Request enters approval queue; you'll receive invitation upon approval.

Accept Workspace Invitation (Existing Users)
Add New Workspace to Account
Sign in to existing workspace
Click profile avatar (top-right) → Select "Settings"
Click "Workspaces" tab → Click "Join New Workspace"
Enter invitation code from admin OR accept pending invitation from list
Select role → Configure notification preferences → Click "Complete"
Result: New workspace appears in workspace selector dropdown (top-left).
Request Permission Upgrade
Change Role Level
Check current role: Click profile avatar → "View Profile"
Contact workspace admin (find admin list in Settings → Users)
Request upgrade including current role, requested role, and why needed
Wait for confirmation email
Sign out and back in → Verify new permissions
Result: Account updated with elevated permissions.
Grant Access as Administrator
Send Invitations
Access settings: Click "Settings" (left panel) → Select "Users & Permissions"
Click "Invite User" → Enter user's email
Select role:
Viewer: View-only access
Editor: Create agents, modify datastores

Invitation Link Expired
Resolution: Contact admin → Request resend → Accept within 7 days
