TeamAI's multi-model environment empowers paid users to create custom AI agents, also known as GPTs, tailored for specific tasks or topics. These agents can range from simple to complex, addressing various needs such as language learning or technical support. This guide will walk you through the process of creating your own AI agent using TeamAI.

Step 1: Create a Category and Agent

1. Navigate to https://[your-custom-subdomain].teamai.com/assistants.

2. Create a category for your agents.

3. Within the category, create an agent by providing a title and selecting the category.

Step 2: Configure Your Agent

1. In the Configure tab, name your GPT and set its description.

2. Select the actions you want your agent to perform, such as browsing the web or creating images.

3. Provide detailed instructions or guidelines in the "Additional Instructions" field on how the agent should behave, its functionalities, and any particular behaviors to avoid.

4. Choose your preferred default model for the AI agent. Your team will interact with the agent using this default model.

Step 3: Add Knowledge (Datastores)

1. Provide additional context for your agent to reference by adding knowledge, also known as Datastores.

2. Upload relevant files, such as documents, webpages, or websites, to your TeamAI Datastore.

3. Note that content from the uploaded files could be included in the agent's output.

Step 4: Integrate Custom Plugins

1. If you have existing plugins, you can make third-party APIs available to your agent.

2. Provide details about the endpoints, parameters, and a description of how the model should use the plugin.

For more information on Custom Plugins, refer to the following related documents:

Step 5: Publish Your Agent (Custom GPT)

Once you've completed the configuration, click "Publish" to make your agent available for team use.

Congratulations! You have now created your first AI agent (GPT) using TeamAI. Your custom agent is ready to assist users with the specific tasks and topics you've defined.
