Step 1. Access the Left Sidebar - Begin by navigating to the left sidebar of your workspace. This contains different options that allow you to modify your workspace setting.

Step 2. Select Command Menu - On top left of the left sidebar, you'll find the 'Command Menu'. Click on it to access different commands.

Step 3. Navigate to "Enable Document Preview" option - Once you've entered into the 'Command Menu', search for "Enable Document Preview". This controls whether or not the document preview is enabled.

Step 4. Disable Document Preview - To disable the document preview, toggle the "Enable Document Preview" option to "Disabled". This will turn off the automatic preview of documents in your workspace.

And you're done! You have successfully disabled the document preview. Remember, if you need to enable this feature again in the future, you just need to go back to 'Enable Document Preview' and toggle back to 'Enabled'.
